Feature Request - Email Reply on Insightly

When responding an email directly from Insightly, a new email is started.

The string of previous emails is not included on this new email, and therefore is hard for the receiver to get the benefit of issues previously discussed/agreed to.

Request:

Keep the hisotyr when replying to a contact directly from Insightly

  • Great suggestion!

    I've heard this request from other users as well. Although not ideal, other users have shared that a current workaround being used is to copy the previous email string and pasting it below your response.

  • Has there been any update on this?  I'd like to use inightly for all my sales emails but without this issues resolved, its easier to just use my gmail email.

  • Agreed that it is bad that you cannot have consistent emailing (signatures) because you need to reply outside of Insightly to an email created inside of Insightly. And if you are not using Gmail you have to remember to use the bcc Insightly email address each time.
