I desperately need more options for filtering task. I have emailed about this before and there is nothing new yet. I see many post about being able to filter task better. I can filter by a city or zip code or id status. But I need to be able to do a secondary filter on that so when I am making calls in a certain area I can filter it by last task so I can see who needs to be called on. This is the whole point of a crm. You can only currently do that with last event. This isn't very helpful because that basically creates an appointment or time slot on my calendar, and there is also not a place to put any notes. I really really need this or I am going to stop using insightly.
