The mobile app doesn't load/open

When I tries to open the insightly mobile app, it flashes the logo infront of me and the orange background and suddenly shuts down.

I'm using iPhone5S with latest iOS9 operating system.

These are the things I tried already to make it work (But it is not working):

1. Close and Re-open the Apps

2. Delete and Re-download/Re-install the Apps

3. Update iOS to the latest

4. Shut Down and Restart my iPhone

5. Tries to load other Apps and also updated all the on-screen current Apps

  • I also have the same problem and I am using Samsung Galaxy Lite Model Number SGH-T399 and android version 4.2.2.
