Andriod App Data Stability

When using my computer  everything seems to work well with Insightly. But apparently there seems to be an issue with data stability when using the Android app with a tablet. Once data is entered and saved it sometimes disappears from the contact records. This seems to be a random issue, but has occurred several times now. Has anyone else had a similar issue when using the Android app?

    Have you tried logging out and logging back into the app completely to refresh the information?

  • @Carol - I was notified by Brenda that your response went into a ticket. Have you also checked that you're using the most updated version of the app as well as uninstalled/re-installed the app?

  • I have given up doing anything on my Samsung Tablet Pro.  there doesn't seem to be any updating of the data

    We recommend logging out and logging back into the app completely to refresh the information. 

    Also, have you tried uninstalling/re-installing the app?
