Inactive User Issue with Outlook app
I had a free account that I signed up for to test your product. In order to test with a team I work with, we signed up for the free trial of one of the paid for plans. When I logged in before I would get the option to use either account. This was confusing so I cancelled the first account.
Now I can log into the online interface but the outlook app tells me that my User is inactive. I assume it is still trying to authenticate to the cancelled account, but the login info I enter is accurate for the new account. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app in outlook as well as reset my password. No luck.
Is there some other trick or how can I get this resolved?
