I changed my user settings to (1) and I want to sign up for the Basic Account with 91)user, but when I try to upgrade it will not let me signup with less than (2) users.
Can you send a screenshot of what you are seeing on the payment page? You should be able to click the arrow and make selections in the dropdown menu as you see below.
Hi having same issue as Alex but can not figure out how to delete the extra user profile.
When i select my settings menu there is no option for system settings only for user settings?
My account was created by my boss who has a plus plan and i created a basic plan to test it out and now i want to buy a proffessional plan for me and want it to be seperate from my boss's account how can i do this?
I see that we are working together on a similar issue on ticket #177011. Can you confirm that these issues are related to the ticket we are working on? If not I can create a new ticket for you that way we keep both issues separate.

Hi Lyla - I am getting the same thing, I only need 1 user and have just singed onto the basic plan, but the minimum is 2 users?

It looks like you still have 2 active users Alex. The option to go down to one user will be available once you delete the extra user profile.
