App not showing in Outlook

I have downloaded the app on our company Exchange and all users, except me, have the Insightly button on their Outlook emails. How can I have it show on my emails?  It is saying 'add in not loaded correctly'.

    I can offer a few recommendations: 

    - Try uninstalling/re-installing the app again for Outlook. 

    - I don't know if you know, but you currently have two Insightly Non-Google Apps account associated with your email, so it could be getting an error if you're not logging in with the right credentials. 

    - I would also talk to Microsoft to see if they have any further tips.
