How to view contact or project files on Iphone

Can't access attached customer files on iPhone app. The file work fine on the desk top version.

    Hello Murray, if you have attached a file to a contact or project using our web app by uploading it on your computer, you will find it under "Related" tab when looking at the record in the mobile app. If you have linked a file from one of the file sharing services, like Google Drive, Dropbox, etc, than, unfortunately, we are not supporting display of these links on mobile app at the moment, but is something we are planning to deliver soon.

  • Hi Maria, I'm having the same problem as Murray.  I've uploaded files to a project using the web app, and can view them there no problem.  When I go to the project on the iPhone app, no files are visible on the "Related" tab.  When I pull down to refresh the page, all fields indicate they're refreshing except "Files", which remains empty.  Hope you can help!  Viewing project files (usually PDF's) on the go would be very useful.

  • Brandon, there are a couple of items that may be at fault. If files were saved as part of saving an email with file attachments, then such files will not appear in the mobile app current release. Our plan is to fix this in the upcoming release (1-2 mo). If you've linked file from one of the file sharing services (i.e. Dropbox), these also don't appear in mobile apps yet - on our roadmap to enable. However, if you have directly uploaded files in the web app and do not see them in the mobile app, please let me know and we will research the issue. Thanks!

    Thanks for the quick reply.  I deleted the old files (which had been uploaded as attachments to an email) and uploaded new ones directly. IPhone access works great now.  Easy enough workaround.  Have a good one!
