Occupation details not mapping across on import

Hi 

We are trying to import contact details from an Excel file and all details are successfully being uploaded into the system apart from role and organisation. The fields don't import, even though we select them during the 'mapping' process.

I'd be grateful for your help, as it means we've had to stop importing contacts.

  • Having the exact same issue too, and I cannot contact support as it keeps auto-closing the ticket even though i'm sending from the same email my account is linked to - can someone from support please get in touch with me - it is urgent!

    We only offer email support to our paid users; therefore if you're using an email address not associated with your paid Insightly account your email will bounce back and close.

    I've informed our team of this issue and we're currently researching it. I'll make sure to follow up once more information is available.

  • Hi Nora, I have a paid 2 user licence with the email i'm using. Although it was previously associated to a free trial account that I have now closed. Could that be the issue?

  • Hi Kyle,

    It appears you're using your gmail email address for the Community. Your paid account is under company email address. If you log into our Community using the email address for your paid account you'll see the option to submit a support ticket. :)

    I'll let you know once I have additional information regarding this issue from our team.
