Import problem

Hi 

We are trying to import contact details from an Excel file and all details are successfully being uploaded into the system apart from role and organisation. The fields don't import, even though we select them during the 'mapping' process.

I'd be grateful for your help, as it means we've had to stop importing contacts.

    Have you had a chance to look at our importing guide yet to make sure you've got everything you need for a successful import?

  • Hi Andrew,

    I believe you’ve managed to import your contact details from Excel files into Insightly.

    In case someone else has the same or similar problem, I would recommend you to pay attention to an automated data migration service Data2CRM. You can download an Excel file into the system and import data directly to Insightly. All the relations between records will be saved.

    Data2CRM also gives you the ability to see how your data will look in Insightly by running a Demo Migration. It's free and you can run it as many times as you want.
