Tagging in mobile App

Dear Team, I've been using Insightly' webpage a lot and entered a lot of tags I want to use in the future. But when I login to the mobile app, I am not able to choose these tags?! I can only see 3 or 4?!

Can you please help. I really need this! Do I have to enter all tags in the app once? Will the tags then be usable by other google app domain users, too??

  • Hello Francesco, all tags that you are using in the Insightly web app are available to you on the mobile app. You do not need to re-enter or re-create tags in the mobile app. When editing a record in the mobile app, a contact for example, you can add tags by starting to type a first letter of a tag in the field and all tags containing that letter will be available to you. 

    Also, please make sure you have the latest version of Insightly mobile app version 3.9 installed on your smartphone or device.
