Quickbooks integration problem

I have installed and uninstalled the Qickbooks integration several times and I do not get the QBO logo at the top of my Insightly pages as promised. Therefore I do not get access to my new customers. My online version is 1.0.1.26. I purchase this so it would work with my online quickbooks. If I cannot get it to work I will cancel. I see others have had problems with it too. Mine is not the self employed quickbooks. Its too bad because you have the most reasonable price. Your support is so slow too. I emailed 2 days ago and received nothing. Another problem is I had to sign into this support session with my FB account as my login would not work here.

  • While I am very happy for all involved to see this QB issue was finally resolved, I am reluctant to use and depend on Insightly when it took over 4 months for you guys to fix such a serious issue.  That's a business killer imo.  Blaming the problem on QB's unwillingness to help you resolve what was likely a glitch in your software, doesn't give me much confidence in Insightly's abilities to handle future issues.  I'm baffled.

    My apologies that I wasn't able to reply to you yesterday. I appreciate you being here to express your thoughts and to give us the opportunity to clear things up!
     
    When Mitch started this thread back in December, it attracted other customers who needed help with their QuickBooks integration. We were so grateful for that posting because it gave our customers a central place to post that they needed our help! What we quickly found, was that each issues was separate from one another -- some customers were experiencing connections issues, others permissions issues, and still others data issues. So we took each issue and resolved them one by one. It was the last of these customers who were receiving new "error message" that Nipuna was referring to when she addressed everyone who posted earlier in April that the issue was fixed. But we completely see how when she used the term "everyone" that could have be interpreted that it took us 4 months to fix.

    Now that the team has also completed work on a major backend improvement, our developers are available to jump on an integrations issue even quicker than before. I have also talked with our Integrations Manager who is 110% committed to making sure our customers get their issues resolved in a timely manner. 
     
    I hope this helps to offer a bit of piece of mind and helps to wash away any doubts you have regarding integrations. Thank you again for voicing your concerns!

    Hi,

    Just started with your product tril version. I am having the same issue  as posted, Just set up your product. shows installed and even asks for authorization, but that’s it. I have uninstalled and re installed several times without success. Please advise. I will attempt to include screenshots.

    The QuickBooks icon will appear once you enter the individual Contact record. Do you have it there?
