Currency shows as $ under quickbooks integration.

We have successfully integrated Quickbooks online with Insightly, however all the amount section showen are in $ but we deal with £! Any thoughts on this?

    Is this specifically only happening with one record type, i.e. Contacts, Organizations - Or this is an issue where you don't see any of your record types appearing with the correct currency?

    This is happening across the whole app, where wherever it can retrieve QB information all the currencies are set to $ instead of £

  • I have the same issue so any information on how to resolve this would be useful.

    My user is set to GBP Quickbook default currency is also GBP but everything shows in $

    The engineer I am working with on this was out of the office for the holidays and should be returning soon!

  • Hi Community!

    At this time the US dollar $ will not be updated within QuickBooks. This may be something we consider in the future but isn't on our immediate roadmap. I'll make sure to keep you all updated with any changes.
