Phone System Integration

Does any phone system or partner automatically pull up an Insightly record when the caller ID lights up?

    While this isn't currently a feature within Insightly, this is actually something we have on the list of features we're hoping to add to our mobile apps in the future.

    There are a couple of options available to you. One is to use Callinize, a third party tool that integrates Insightly and other services with popular business phone systems.

    We are also working on a standalone phone service that enables people to initiate calls from within Insightly (and record and transcribe them), among other features. I am not sure of the exact timeframe for this, but it is under active development right now.

    I have been using Solve CRM for years. Good but I think Insightly is better. 

    They do offer a very, very simple approach to caller ID triggering the CRM page when the phone rings.

    This URL can be put in to many soft phones and your done. No expensive or complicated pieces in the middle. Callinize is a small fortune! 

    Can this type of URL designation be created in Insightly?

    Kixie.com has created an Integration with Insightly which pulls up Insightly data on inbound and outbound calls. Logs calls automatically, Full cloud-based PBX, terrific customer service.
