I can't save an email using the Insightly side bar
Hi! I just signed up with Insightly and I am starting to love it because it combined CRM and project management with linkages to Google Drive and Evernote. However, when I installed the Insightly sidebar for Gmail, I couldn't save an email to Insightly as demonstrated in the video. Instead, I still have to forward the emails manually. Is there anything wrong with the sidebar? Please let me know. Thanks!

Thanks for letting us know what you've already tried. Can you uninstall and reinstall the Insightly Sidebar and let us know the outcome? We've had users successful with the button after doing this.

Roel, followed up with us and informed us once he updated and refreshed the extension it worked for him. I understand the frustration with this, we have our team looking into this. I'll follow up once we have more information.
Same issue with me. Button stoped working, But it used to work two weeks before

I'm having the same issue. I removed and reinstalled the sidebar, did several hard refreshes, etc.
I can see the Insightly button on Gmail and klick on the "save and add link" drop down but it simply doesn't do anything.
It worked until two days before.
What now?

I've installed the sidebar a few days ago. A very useful feature! But now it has stopped working.There is a red button, but pressing it, or the "Save and link" doesn't change anything.&
The tasks are shown on the sidebar. The Insightly Send button is working properly.
Is there a way to fix it?

I think this might be connected to permissions.. After uninstalling-installing the sidebar, the first time I press the red IN button I have a request to provide the rights to Insightly. As I answer positively, I get redirected back, and after that nothing happens if I press the button again.,

I've experimented a bit and found out that when changing the Gmail localization to English, the Insightly sidebar seems to start working properly. Might be a coincidence as well, since it is still working sometimes..
Thanks for the tip Kirill! What language and timezone were you using previously? We can make sure to share that with our engineering team and want to make sure that's consistent with what you have listed in your Insightly web-app.
