Mobile app won't Load data

Hi, Insightly newbie here,

So i've been using the web-based app for a short while, thought it was incredibly useful and wanted to stick the app on my phone to test it out. Here's the thing, it signs in, says it's loading the data and then says that there was an Error Communicating With Server. All other apps running normally, I disabled adblocker and antivirus, uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled and did that several times on wifi, 4g and still a no go.

    Were you having troubles with the app on Android or iOS?  Also, do you know what version you're using of the app or of the iOS?

    It's version 3.9.1 on Android.

    And, yes, still experiencing the same issue.
