Support needed: My contact info is not there.

I  need tech support quickly.  I can log in. I can see my contacts. When I select a contact the Screeen goes blank (White) and never comes back with the contact page.  Does the same for the Organizations page.  Please check my account and see what the problem is.

    I am using google chrome. I tried another browser and I am fine now. I had no previous problems with Google Chrome. Any reason Google Chrome does not work? Are there any setup parameters that need to be corrected. What Browser is recommended as being compatible?

  • @Rain - Since it sounds like a browser issue, I would definitely recommend using the latest version of the browser. Also, make sure you clear all cache and cookies and try again. Also, check if you have any apps/extensions that could be interfering. 

    We generally recommend using Chrome, so I would definitely try those troubleshooting steps.

  • Jessica, thanks for you comments.  Chrome is up-to-date, cookies & cache cleared.... no luck same problem with the Insightly screen going "white" when selecting a contact.  Not sure how to check and see if any apps/extension would be interfering.   Please advise if you have any other thoughts.  MS Edge is working but prefer to use Chrome.

  • Hi James,  Jessica is out of the office today so I'm happy to help. 

    If you have any apps/extensions you will see them in the settings menu of your Chrome browser:

    We recommend turning them all off then enabling each one by one to see which is causing the problem (if any). Can you also try in Incognito mode?
