  • You may have to refresh your data Carlo :)

    Insightly data only refreshes on your mobile device if you log out properly (using the Log Off menu item), then log back in.

    Or, you can manually refresh your data by touching the screen and swiping downward. A brief message that the data is refreshing will appear.

    Can you check to see if there are any pending updates to your app? Or you can do an uninstall and reinstall of the app to be sure you are on the most current version.

    This issue will be resolved entirely in our next release (which is in beta right now). 

    Our new release addresses synchronizing all of your data across the board, and this includes things like tags.

    We anticipate releasing from beta soon.
