I have installed the Insightly app on our Microsoft Exchange Server and it is working on my colleagues Outlook accounts, but not mine. I have uninstalled then re installed, still the same issue for me. I can see other apps in Outlook but Insightly will not show - even though it shows as active in my Microsoft app account. Please help, how can I get the app to show in Outlook for me, why would my account be different to my colleagues? Please help.
