Can't save my emails in Gmail

It's been now two days where i cannot save my emails from gmail into Insightly.

Although i always had this issue on short period, it has now been 2 days....

Can you please tell me what is the issue?

PS; I have refreshed my window, logout and in, close and opened.... even tried from different PC.

  • I've encountered this problem periodically since I've started using insightly. But I've always been able to rectify the issue by logging out of gmail and insightly and then logging back in again. 

    However now I don't have the insightly tab at the bottom of my emails in gmail, where it used to be. Any suggestions?

    Are you referring to the Save and Add Link from the Sidebar? If so, this is a site performance issue we're working on.

  • Nora - my save and Add Link button has never worked - I've been chasing a fix for months now - please help I'm getting desperate and am very frustrated that I'm paying for support to have this resolved but after many many communications there is still no sign of a resolution (:

  • Hi everyone, same problem here, I have not been able to save any email from Gmail and the "Save email"/"view contact"/"Add..." gadget since a month now. Login out and in from gmail and Insightly does not work.

    Has this issue been fixed? We are Feb 1st 2018! Yes, like everyone above, I cannot had an email from my Gmail account to my Insightly CRM account. I also want to point out that my Insightly Sidebar is well active and connected to my Gmail User Interface.

  • I responded twice to your email, Did you receive them? The problem is still not fixe.

    Here are the two screen shoots you asked for.

    FYI...
    When I send an email, I can save it to Insightly.
    The sidebar works fine. It gives me the information I need when I hover over a known contact that is already in my Insightly Database. It actually asks me for a authorization to access my google Drive and my Gmail.
     
    The only problem is when I press the "Save and link" button. Nothing happens!
     
    Actually It did happen once but then it stopped working.

  • Hi Leslie,

    here is my second email.

    Yesterday my <Save and Link> button worked very breifly. I have a vague memory to have clicked on the small Pop Up window logo at the top right corner to allow pop up windows to appear in my screen.
     
    Right now my button does not work and the small pop up window logo is NOT present at the top right corner.
     
    Maybe that can serve as a hint to solve the issue. Let me know.

    Here is my third email.

    Very strange. The button <Save and Link> just started to work now (6:40 EST (Estern Standard Time). It seems to work later in the day. Very strange. Same thing happen yesterday. The buton started to work at the end of my workshift around 5 pm EST.

    Very strange. Like I mentionned before, my "Save and Link" button from my Insightly Extension in Gmail on a Chrome broswer does not work during the day. BUT the button always starts working after 5 p.m. Not very usefull when my day ends at 5 ! LOL

    FYI, I'm located in MONTREAL, QC, CANADA. Could it have somthing to do with the fact that I'm in a different timezone then you guys in California, USA?
