Email Scheduling

It would be very, very useful if I could schedule emails up to a year in advance. I would upgrade my account right away if this feature was made available. Many life and business events occur annually, and that's why the feature would be so useful to so many of your customers. Thanks for your consideration.

You may want to add your vote to the existing article Scheduled Emails to try and get all the votes for more robust options for scheduling emails in one place. Feel free to add your comments so our Product team know that you'd like the annual option. The more votes the better. :)

  • May I ask up to how far i advance can one schedule emails? And does this go for every payment plan that includes scheduled emails? Thanks

  • Hi Jason, you can schedule an email as far as 7 days out. This is the same for all payment plans that include the email scheduling feature :)

  • @lyla, can you please let me know which payment plans include this feature? And when/if the longer timeline might be implemented. It seems like it should be a priority since 7 days really isn't planning ahead.

    Plus, Professional, or Enterprise plan have the ability to schedule emails. This isn't isn't on our current road map, once we're able to implement items that are already planned, we'll revisit other popular ideas brought by our Community.

  • I would like to add my voice to this request.  I am going on a month-long vacation and wanted to schedule invoices to be emailed to customers while I'm away (Xero app).  I was very disappointed to see that I couldn't even schedule beyond 7 days, let alone more than a month.

  • I am finding not being able to schedule an email 3 to 6 months out very unproductive. When will this feature be updated to save the customer time and energy in growing their business?
