Email domain not functioning

We have set up the email domain for gmail but the emails have not been sending. It seemed to be working initially, but when we tested the domain we received the error message below:

    Are you still receiving the same 500 error message? This was an issue we were seeing and has since been resolved.

  • Although I don't receive the error code, I am having the same issue.  I have an email domain set for a company, but when I add a new contact Insightly with a registered email domain the contact does not link to the company.  This happens in both the gmail extension (sidebar) as well as directly from the website.  

     

    I noticed this starting about s-6 days ago (I can't remember exactly).  Is there a fix for this in the works?  This is a big deal for our company as we are always adding new clients to Insightly and love the auto-attach to a company with a registered email domain feature.

  • Oh dear, I'm going to reach out to you directly Christiana. This way we can get some screenshots for this and still keep your information private. Keep an eye out for another email from Insightly!
