Insightly Android App

I had installed the insightly android app onto my phone. I was thrilled at the thought of being able to work away from home. I had assigned two tasks for the business from the app on my phone. I got home, and signed in on my laptop to find out that the task had not gone through to the same account on my laptop. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? Is there a way to resolve this? Thanks.

    We would only see this type of behavior if there are 2 accounts open and the user is logged into a different one in their mobile app then the one on the desktop. Is this a possibility?

  • No this is not a possibility. I only have one Insightly account. I was away from home, and my laptop was at home, and off. I updated the info for my insightly account through the app, and when I turned my laptop back on, and logged into insightly, the info I had put into the app, was not on the same account on my laptop..
