Can't Sign into App from Iphone

Hi one of our sales reps is having trouble signing into the Insightly App for iphone. I have an android and am able to sign in easily so it may have something to do with how the ap works with iphone.
Here is our sales reps description of the problem:

"I downloaded the Insightly ap for my phone but it doesn't allow you to login.  The way it works on my phone is that the Insightly ap comes up when you tap on it and it asks for your email and password.  After you type that in it takes you to the Sign in with your Google Account page where your email is already loaded and all it is asking for is your password.  After you type in your password the flag comes up "Error Communicating with Server - Error fetching data from network."  I am fairly sure that this is an actual error and not my phone since my other aps work fine."

    I'm going to open a Support ticket up for you since we're going to need some additional information and possible screenshots from the User who is having trouble. Keep an eye out for another email from me :)
