  • Hi Laura!

Allow me to clarify - Technically you can add as many users as you would like, but since we are a per user subscription system, each user you add will be an additional charge to your subscription.

    I hope that helps!

  • So to upgrade to the basic plan, we lose the option to have a second user for free?  That feels like a penalty for paying for a service.

  • Hi Kathy,

If you choose to upgrade you will be receiving the Basic features (business card scanner, 50 email templates, mass email of 500, and more). Your account and the features can not be separated into two different plans with one user being under a Basic Plan while another is under a Free Plan; which is why you pay per user under the account.

  • This was my question as well. I feel as Kathy does. The only additional feature we need from Basic is ability to do bulk email. My team members only need to view and edit contacts/tasks (free features). Any workaround? I can only afford to pay for one user, not three.

  • Hi Marlene,

Unfortunately, there isn't a workaround. All users would need to be upgraded to the same plan.

  • Hi all, I would like to resurface this question now 18 months later and since the pricing and plans have changed. I am on a legacy Basic account. Now as a Free account you can have 2 users. The minimum paid plan "Plus" has unlimited users.

My question is this... I want to add my assistant as a 2nd user on my legacy Basic account. I can't seem to find any info on how much this costs. Seems as though it should be included as part of my Basic account as even Free accounts have the ability to have multiple users.

    Is this correct?
