iPhone App Installation Problem

I'm trying to install the Insightly app on my iPhone 4 from the app store.

It has installed the app however when I log in for the first time it freezes on the insightly splash screen with 'Starting Sync' and below that 'Initialising' at the bottom.

I've tried removing and reinstalling the app but the problem still persists.

The phone won't even go onto automatic standby while it is doing this unless I close the app

    Our engineering team is testing things on our end to try and find a solution to this. 

    Could you please try uninstalling/re-installing the app again? 

    Please note, we released an update for our iOS app, so make sure you're using the latest version.
