I Cant Loggin! I have a 5 user account set up for my company and my account says my trial is expired!

I cant Login!  I have a 5 user account set up for my company and my account says my trial is expired!  This is very frustrating and I have a team waiting for me to customize our settings!  Its also frustrating I can't get anyone to help via phone or email!

    I apologize for the frustration. Insightly doesn't provide phone support; but I'll be happy to create a Support ticket.

    It appears the issue may be due to you having two registered Non Google App accounts using the same email address. One of them is a trial account that has expired.

    No worries we should be able to help sort it out in a jiffy. :)

  • Hi I am having a similar problem. When I use the gadget in gmail it creates for example an event and then it says my trial has expired. I have a fully paid 5 user account. I think my original trial set up is the problem. Can you help please?

    I took a look, and it looks like you’ve created 2 Insightly accounts.

    1. Being a Non-Google Insightly Account (Paid)
    2. Is a G-Suite for Insightly Account (Free) 

    Unfortunately, there’s no way to merge these accounts, and how you log into the accounts determines which account is used in your Insightly Sidebar. I suggest login out of your Insightly Account in the Insightly Sidebar and login back in using the correct credentials. 

    You'll want to log in using your Insightly email address and password to gain access to your paid Insightly Account. Here's a screenshot that shows both options:
