I Agree with Matt. When is this going to be a priority?

I agree with Matt.  I'm not trying to knock the product, but basic sorting features are one of, if not the most important thing for leads!  Seriously? Over a year of complaints/suggestions and no movement huh?  Poor customer service.  I'm sorry, but there's no nicer way to say it.  That is very poor customer service!

    Sorry to hear you feel this way. We do get lots of feature requests and while we would love to add all of them, there are only so many resources available. Every vote is noticed by our product team and we rely on those votes to help us consider features for the future.

  • What someone needs to do is to step up and notice that a large number of these "feature requests" are actually people asking for very specific applications of a simple sort function.

    I'll say it one last time - simple sorting is not a 'feature', it is the most basic function of any CRM.

    After scorn these feature requests it's becoming apparent that nobody actually pays attention to the content to draw any logical conclusions, and as such this will likely never happen because the requests are spread amongst a number of individual requests, none of which is near the top vote getter.

    What's laughable here is that I found the top vote getters by using the SORT function in the support page.  So I guess we know that at least one of the developers knows how to write the 5-10 lines of code that it takes to implement.

  • Totally understand where you're coming from and we too want to be able to provide you with the same functionality across all records. This is something we are working towards.

    Our Community is on the Zendesk platform which is why you see different functionality here than in Insightly.
