Quickbooks integration

I am having problems connecting to QuickBooks.  When I click install, there is no option to install. clicking connect to quick books gives me an error message.

    What error message is being brought up when connecting? If you could provide a screenshot that would be helpful too.

  • Hi Lyla,

    Attached 2 screen shots.  The first - when I click install the next screen doesn't give me an option to install (so I don't see what the instructions tell me I should see), the second is what I get if I click Quick Books.

  • Sorry Nora, nothing has changed.  I have refreshed, cleared cache, logged out but I am still getting exactly the same errors.

  • Thanks Nora, it is very frustrating as my reason to get Insightly was for this specific integration.  I was planning to upgrade my plan but am now looking into other options.

  • No change Nora - still not working.  I've logged out, refreshed, tried a different browser, still don't get the button to install and get the same error messages when I click connect.

  • I'm having exactly the same problems here and this is the very reason I signed up to Insightly in the first place. Please e-mail me on mXXXXq@gmail.com or alternatively at ixxo@lxxxxxxties.com as I really need to get this resolved and I am struggling with your support page here. It seems these issues are repeating themselves over and over again
