We haven't had any additional reports that this is occurring still. I do see that you have a ticket open with our Support Team. I will let them troubleshoot with you through there.
The emails I sent yesterday are displaying the same message, but all the ones i sent prior are back. Luckily I kept copies of all those emails on my laptop, and when I resent them today to insightly, the full body of the message showed.
This problem was fixed once but it is happening again for me too. Is everyone else having this problem using Windows 10? I have had a few problems happen now that I never experienced before and it seems to be when Win 10 updates... Not sure though that it's what is causing THIS problem.

I have now lost all correspondence with my clients as I use insightly to keep them sorted by contact.
I got this message ("Insightly was unable to display the contents of this email") for all my emails too.
