Insightly was unable to display the contents of this email

All the the emails I have sent via the insightly address I have now show the message above. 

This is a new thing... I have always been able to read the emails I have forwarded to insightly.

  • I have now lost all correspondence with my clients as I use insightly to keep them sorted by contact.

    We haven't had any additional reports that this is occurring still. I do see that you have a ticket open with our Support Team. I will let them troubleshoot with you through there.

  • The emails I sent yesterday are displaying the same message, but all the ones i sent prior are back. Luckily I kept copies of all those emails on my laptop, and when I resent them today to insightly, the full body of the message showed.

  • This problem was fixed once but it is happening again for me too. Is everyone else having this problem using Windows 10? I have had a few problems happen now that I never experienced before and it seems to be when Win 10 updates... Not sure though that it's what is causing THIS problem.
