Why is this Lead closed/disqualified?
I'm trying to create a report that is similar to the Note report for users that includes only the Leads that are closed or disqualified. I was able to update the "Note report for users" to include "Primary Linked Item Name", which, from that, I can include just "Lead". The goal is to produce a report that gives us the reason, noted by the person calling in the "Note/Comment" Section, why this lead is either "Closed" or "Disqualified".

Hi Adaci,
Great news! There is a workaround available to get you the results you want using the Note Report.
Instructions
Start labeling the Title of your "reason for disqualification/closed" Notes to "Disqualified" OR "Closed".
Filter #1
Click Add A Filter Row
Filter By: Title
Operator: Equal To
Value: Disqualified
Click Add
Filter #2
Add A Filter Row
Filter By: Title
Operator: Equal To
Value: Closed
Click Add
Filter #3
Add A Filter Row
Filter By: Primary Linked Item Type
Operator: Equal To
Value: Lead
Click Add
Apply Filter Logic: (1 OR 2) AND 3
Drag and drop the Activity Creator and Body fields into the report.
Note: You must always spell the Title of the Notes the same every time or they may not show in the report. If you want to use another word that may be easier and faster to spell, then by all means please change the name of the Note Titles and Filter Values to suit your needs.
Any Notes from Lead records with the title "Disqualified" or "Closed" will show in the report, and Titles of the Notes will serve as the Status of the Leads.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Thank you,

Thanks Micah for your help! That is something that can be implemented and will be helpful in the meantime. Hopefully they will look at implementing what I am requesting at the Lead Report Level, it will make it a more complete report generator.
You are welcome, Adaci.
We are always happy to help!
In response to your feedback, I have uploaded your request to the Feature Requests Support Page. Please up vote this link.
Hopefully, we can get this added to the report soon!
Thank you,
Micah Feldkamp
