Applying Email Tag to Contacts

Is there a way of filtering on all contacts who have never been emailed through insightly?

I attempted this as follows, but it did not work:

 

When i bulk email contacts, I use a "Contacted" Tag in the email tag dialogue, with the aim of then searching on that tag in Contacts. However tags dont link up between customers and emails. 

Any help very appreciated.

    At this time it looks like they do not have a way to filter if the contact has been emailed through Insightly. Could I suggest something though? If you use a custom field you may be able to do something similar. Right now the contacts for my organization have three custom fields. Prospect type, date last contacted, and type of contact. 

    You can filter by these custom fields. So you can see that I added myself to the type of contact - email field. So if we go to the filter section you will have to click create a new filter and then you filter by the custom field "Type of contact" equals "Email."

  • Thanks monique, will try that, however, i have found a strange bug with uploading to custom fields and it took a few days to resolve. will try that, though it means using CRM uploads and downloads to do basic tagging which is pretty round about.
