Web to Contact creation has been disabled by the administrator.

 I seem to be getting the error "Web to Contact creation has been disabled by the administrator."  I have set it up and included the HTML on my site.  Still its a no go.

  • Hi Erik,

    Can you try to disable and then enable the web to contact to see if this may help? If this doesn't we can then review your HTML and verify what could be the issue. :)

  • Sorry to hear that's happening for you Trey. Can you try to generate a new code in System Settings > Web to Contact? This may help refresh the connection from your webform to your Insightly account.
