    We have a couple different limits set up, for example file size, records etc. What limit are you referring to? You can also make changes to your plan as needed.

    Insightly is great for all organization sizes and is used differently by each one. If you have specific concerns you can share, our Community would be happy to help.

    I have to share that the adoption rate for my clients has been almost 100%. I have never seen a piece of software so easily grasped and so well used by users in my entire career.     I second what Eric is stating, "the best software is the one you actually use." Meaning size limits "may typically" be down at the bottom of your "CRM Needs List" when it comes to most CRM implementations compared to user friendliness. However, there are times when we want to steer prospective customers away from Insightly. For example, we had a graphic design business looking to use Insightly to perform +6,000 tasks per day which would max them out on the Enterprise Plan (500,000 max record limit) within 100 days. As it is we had to deny them service and recommend another solution. 

    With the right business process design, 3rd party integration(s), and database cleaning utilities/routines, Insightly CRM can be and has been successfully implemented to manage "large" organizations with over 50 users.
