Importing Tasks - Insightly sells a product it doesn't support!

So This was something that I thought was a feature that I could use.  Apparently there is a "bug" when setting the task to a private task.  I've received no ETA on the resolution which is beyond frustrating after I've shelled out the $$ for my team.   Has anyone else had this issue?  I'm trying to import past sales activity from my team rather than do it manually. 

Also if you are looking into purchasing Insightly, I'd HIGHLY recommend you try importing everything first rather than take their word for it that it works.  Once you sign up they don't feel the need to make good on what they advertise.

  • Wow that's ten times faster of a response than what i receive when opening a ticket.  If only your support was as quick fixing the issue of an item that is supposedly "working".  Hopefully I can make more people aware of the nefarious business practices by insightly
