Getting Android app to connect with account

I have tried Insightly before and now when I am trying to use it for real I am being bothered by all the old input on the phone version.


How to correct this?

    If I'm understanding your correctly, you are saying that the information is not updating on your phone. The data will only refresh on your mobile device if you log out completely (using the Log Off menu item), then log back in.

    You can also manually refresh your data by scrolling to the top of any of the record types (contacts, organizations, etc.) and swiping downward. You'll see a brief message that the data is refreshing.

    We also recommend you update to the latest version available.
