Mobile app version 3.12 has been released

4/1/16 UPDATE: The mobile app update (version 3.12) is now available for Android. Our iOS version has been submitted to Apple for review and should be available within a week. Read about the latest improvements on our Insightly blog post announcement.


It is indeed a "Good Friday" today for Insightly's mobile app - we've just released the latest 3.12 version to beta and are excited to get your feedback.

Here is what we've added this time around:

 - Global Search: search all records directly from the menu.
 - Keep your opportunities and projects moving forward. If you use Pipelines, now change stages right from the app.
 - Save time entering repeated tasks and events. If you use Activity Sets, now apply them from the Related tab.
 - Various bug fixes...

    It looks like you're on iOS, so here's what you'll need to do:

    1. Please register yourself with us using this form:

    2. Within a couple of days, you will receive an email from the iTunes store with instructions on how to start testing. You will be required to install TestFlight, Apple's beta test app on your iOS device.

    3. Send us feedback or report bugs or issues directly from the app, we’ll know you are using the beta version of the mobile app.

  • For our Android users, here are the steps for you to become a beta tester. We'd love to have you!

    1. Please register yourself with the google+ beta testers group here:

    2. Once you've been approved to join the google+ beta testers group, opt-in for testing via this link

    3. On your device install Insightly mobile app update per prompt or go to Google Play to get beta if Insightly is not currently installed. If you don’t see the latest Insightly beta in Google Play after sign up you can try a couple of things:

    • Make sure you are logged into the Google Play app with the account that you signed up for beta
    • Clear the data of the Google Play App: Settings > Apps > Google Play > Clear Data
    • Post your Android beta feedback or report bugs using google+ beta testers group mentioned in Step 1.
