Since today I get a message that there's a problem charging our credit card. But I don't have problems with my credit card and last payment was 14-03-2016.
I'll have someone from billing take a look into your account and follow up with you directly. Be on the lookout for an additional email.
In the future, you can open a ticket with support since you have a paid account. You'll just need to be logged into the Support site with your paid email address to see the option :)

This is also happend to our environment also last days. The creditcard details are still the same.
I think it happened after I changed the plan.
