Feature request - Whatsapp Integration
Hi there people at Insightly,
My company organises tailored skiing and snowboarding trips. We like to keep our customers as close and personal as possible, and research pointed out that our customers prefer using WhatsApp messenger above other channels like e-mail or Facebook. So we recently started using WhatsApp as a chat-portal for our customer support.
So far, first results and feedback has been great. WhatsApp seems to work great for a personal approach and the conversations often hold key information about our customers' needs and wishes. We would like to be able to add this information to our customer journey data in Insightly.
Is this on your roadmap yet? If no, why not? (I seriously think ik ought to be!) And is there a work-around? Looking forward to your reply!
