Microsoft 2016/Office 365

Hi, I am trying to integrate Microsoft 2016/Office 365 with Insightly. I enabled the app yet nothing has changed in Office 365? Doesn't look like the integration took. If I try to send emails from Insightly.. they actually are not getting to intended receivers even thought they are in the sent file. I would like to ensure all my email traffic pertaining to sales is routed through Insightly. What is the best way to do that.

    The Outlook for Insightly App is a separate feature from sending emails out of Insightly. Emails sent through Insightly are actually sent from your own email address(s)  through your email server(s).

    When sending an email through Insightly there are several outside factors that might prevent delivery such as email server provider's response time, spam filters, queue times, etc. Are you able to check these items for your test emails? Your email service provider or IT Admin should also be able to track down where they may be being held.

  • The emails were never received and we can't get the Insightly App to work. Two of us have tried it. We will try plan B. Thanks...

    What are you trying to accomplish? If email working inside of Insightly, you must enable your exchange server as the mail server. This is found in user settings. Have you configured this part?

  • Eric, I would like full integration of Insightly into our email. I want visibility to all emails sent and received in relation to our leads, contacts, opportunities, etc. I would like to do this without duplication of effort. Thank you!

  • Hi, I am also having a problem. I have Office365 and have seen a mate in his company use Insightly through GoogleApps I am assuming it is the same process. I have installed the app on Office365. I have just come to the end of the free trial, and have tried to integrate almost every day. It cannot be that hard? I have followed the instructions, but just need a pointer from Insightly please?

    I apologize I'm a bit confused. Are you using Outlook 365 with the Outlook App or with Gmail?  Are you using Outlook 365 to view Gmail?  What part is not working?

    Since the app is never appearing and you have followed the steps to install, I would suggest contacting Microsoft Support.

    I know they've been able to assist other users with similar issues.
