Can I suggest taking a look at the following resources? Linking accounts (eg. Gmail) is a very quick way of sending/receiving email that appears in both your Insightly and Gmail sent/received emails, at the same time changing the sender address to your preferred address.
Just add a contact and call it whatever you want and set this email address to that contact. Then, it doesn't matter what the email address is and it's always at your fingertips. I use "Insightly email" as mine.
Agreed, perfect, Just to add that this is meant as an internal email for your own use, not for the external world to see - you probably don't want to see spam emails going directly to your insightly! Remember that emails coming in to that address are likely to do other things like creation of new contacts :)

Hi Ruth,
I second Eric. You can also do the same thing for your Opportunity and Project e-mails so they are at your fingertips!
