I don't want to scan loads of discussions, I'd like you who own the product to actually help rather than expecting your users to do it for themselves.

It is actually easier to contact Microsoft, Apple and Google than you guys.

Please make my phobe app actually work and sync with my laptop version. I have dumped the app on my tablet because that does not function either.

    Sorry to hear you ran into some trouble. Is there a specific item that isn't syncing?

    Few things to check would be that you're on the latest version of the app, we are currently on 3.12.1 for both iOS and Android. We've also heard other users force a refresh by logging of and on again.

    Please let us know what you find out.
