Is there a live chat help desk?

I'm going through a few different CRM software to decide which will be best for my company.

I want to know if there is live support?

Can I link my outlook calendar and mail to Insightly?

    Insightly doesn't have live support but our Community is available to you 24/7 to ask your questions to our community of Insightly team members and experienced Insightly customers. You can also access our FAQ information anytime of the day or night.

    Those on a paid plan will also have the option to contact Customer Support via email directly by opening a ticket. However, the Community is open for all users to assist one another, we have found that questions can be answered twice as fast than opening a ticket. 

    You can link Insightly with your Outlook accounts. For your Outlook emails we have the Insightly for Outlook App to help you with saving emails in your Insightly account. When working with your calendar, paid users have the option Syncing Insightly with Google or Microsoft Exchange calendars.

  • And how do we open a ticket? Seems like an intentional maze. And how come there is no phone number to cal, nor a chat? This is the 21st century.

    All users, including users on our free plan, have access to the resources here at the Insightly Help Center. Customers with paid Insightly subscriptions can contact us through our ticketing system to receive email support. Support is provided from 8 am to 4 pm, Pacific time, Monday through Friday.

    And customers with a Success Program have access to 1-on-1 training, Phone Support, and onboarding.

  • You didn't describe how to open a ticket? When you click on the 'open a ticket link' it takes you through to the FAQs, all of which I've read. No pathway seems to lead to opening a ticket, and being on UK time means we have spent all day waiting to speak to someone and the problem isn't even logged yet.
