Bug- Opportunity pipeline changes from wrong user

This morning, I made some opportunity pipeline stage changes from my account, but on the home screen, it is showing that a different user made those changes.

  • Hello,

the same problem here. Many changes were made (according to home screen log) by me, but in fact those changes were made by some of my colleagues. Funny is that I had an account in our instance before, but it was removed few weeks ago. But it is not just about my name/account. There are other combinations of real and shown modifiers including my other colleagues.

    Thanks.

  • Hi Jessica & Martin,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We made changes this weekend and it should be correct moving forward. Please let us know if you see differently. Just a note, the update will not be retroactive so it only affect changes made after 8/6/16. Thank you!

  • Brenda,

Looks like everything on the home feed is correct, but the History tab within the Opportunity is still having some issues. For example, I added a task and assigned it to Employee A. On the home feed, it says "Added Task By: Jessica P", which is correct. But on the History tab, it says "Added Task By: Employee A"

  • Hi Jessica,

The wrong user showing up for you in the History is a site performance issue we're looking into. I'll make sure to follow up once we have more information available.
