HELP! Setting up email with Office 365
I'm trying to set it so my email will send through Insightly. Basic stuff, right?
My IT person says that there is no "server name" to add to the Office 365 box (while adding email to Insightly) because it's in the cloud and it changes. What?
So I asked Dan at Insightly who gave me this info:
Results: The first option gives me an error code "invalid server name".
The second one can't be verified. The error reads, "There was a problem setting up your email. We are unable to authenticate with your email account. Please try deleting and re-adding the account in Email Accounts"
I've tried this twice to no avail. My email pw is accurate.
