Insightly Mobile App Error fetching data

Hello,

I installed Insightly mobile app, however when trying to log in it keeps on saying that there is an error communicating with server, error fetching data from network. What could be the problems? Any help will be much appreciated.

    Hello everyone, thank you for reporting the issue! Our mobile API connection has been restored as of 9am PST this morning and apps are back online.

  • I'm testing this application for its usability and the error message "error communicating with the server" via the iOS application. The native mobile site works but it is not mobile friendly. Is this normal behavior for this application?

  • Apparently it is happening on my android as well.. Can someone shed a light on this matter?

  • I've tried this on both IOS and android.  Is this a temporary problem?  On my IOS, I have Organization data, but no Contact data.  The Contact screen says "Syncing" but seems to be stuck there.  On the Android, I simply get an "error communicating with the server."

    I apologize for the inconvenience. Our mobile app was not working correctly for a few hours; however this has since been resolved. Please let me know if you're still having trouble.
