    Insightly does not provide on-demand phone support, but I see that you do qualify for a training call with an Insightly Customer Success Specialist.

  • I have a question. Since I moved around so much often that places that do not have an Internet connection, can I download this program to my laptop and update everything I need at my current location I feel that I'm not buying the program I'm just renting month-to-month from you guys

  • I was in my account yesterday and Insightly is no longer allowing me access to my data.. Insightly page say username not found............ Was your system hacked?

     

    Can anyone pls help quickly there is customer data i don't this to be hacked.

  • Hi Khuram,

    Insightly was not hacked.  Looking at the account formerly associated with your email address, it appears your user ID was deleted by the account Administrator.  For more information, you'll need to reach out to them directly.

    this email was the administer id. there was not any other administrator.
     
    Please retrive our account back. there is no one else who was using insghtly apart from me. i was the administrator.
     
    could you stop access for who ever has got the access.
     
    Please block all other who ever has got access to the Insightly

    Could you please help me sorted administrator email was xxxxx@xxx.com. If you can see history and they login who created first insightly access was sxxxx@xxxxx.com.

    But obviously someone has manage to change my administrator rights and delete my user altogether. Please help me to retrive my access back and block any other access to my database.

  • Hi, please help me. I have an activated insightly. But now there is a double insightly trial version? Can you delete the trial version? So only the paid and activated version will remain.

  • Hello Pros De Zutter,

    In order to delete your Free Trial account, you'll need to log in to that account. Once logged in please go to your Billing & Account page > Cancel Account.
