Exchange 2016 compatibility?
Our organization is looking at implementing this but we are running Exchange 2016 and are having issues getting the Outlook App to work (same issue as here).
I saw this post : https://support.insight.ly/hc/en-us/community/posts/213028708-Exchange-2016?input_string=Exchange%202016%20compatibility%3F
which seems to suggest that insightly doesn't work with Exchange 2016. Can I get confirmation of that (other than just a link to the requirements)?
If it isn't, in fact, supported on Exchange 2016, are there plans or a timeline for support of that?

Hi Dennis:
Insightly's Outlook App is compatible with Outlook 2013 or later. Microsoft does have specific requirements that you will need meet to be able to work with the Outlook App.
Hi Lyla,
Thanks for the response, though I do have two thoughts. First, I'm not asking about Outlook, I'm asking about Exchange specifically. Also, your link to the specific requirements does not work. Thanks again.
Hi Dennis:
Sorry the link was broken, I've updated it.
Do you have either of these combinations below? If so, the Outlook App should work just fine.
Our setup is Outlook 2016 and Exchange 2016. If this isn't supported (as it appears not to be though I was hoping for a straight yes or no answer rather than a link to the vague requirements), is there a timeline for when it might be supported?
Hi Dennis:
The Outlook App is supported by your set up. We're going to have the Knowledge Base article updated to reflect this too. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Ok, any information you can give me on what might be causing this error?

Hi Dennis:
This error message doesn't refer to compatibility and is something we'll need to look into. Thanks for sharing this with us and we'll let you know if we need more information from you or have something new to share.
Any update on this, by chance?
Hi Dennis,
No updates available at this time but we do have this thread set up to be updated when we have new information.Thank you for your patience.
Hi Dennis,
This error usually goes away after reloading the app (closing and opening outlook or selecting a different email). Can you confirm that this was a one time occurrence or if this is happening every time the app is loaded? I also recommend signing out of the app and signing back in to see if that resolves the issue.
Thank you
