Exporting to Mailchimp Triggering Double Opt In
I have been using Insightly's export to mailchimp feature to export customer data to new email lists for over a year. However, over the past week anytime I choose to export from Insightly to one of my mailchimp email lists, it is triggering a double opt-in confirmation email. After speaking with the support people at Mailchimp, we came to the conclusion that when Insightly exports to mailchimp, it is somehow setting the exported subscriber status to "pending" rather than "subscribed" (which apparently triggers the opt-in confirmation email.) Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Is there a setting that needs to be changed to prevent mailchimp from seeing the data exported by insightly as "pending"?
